Renters & Guests Registration Edit page

Renters Must Register Autos and Watercraft/Boat 

Guest must complete a vehicle registration tag and place it in the rearview mirror to park in our guest parking spaces.  Do not park in someone else's assigned parking to avoid being towed at owners' expense.

Boats/Watercrafts must also be registered with Jeff Palumbo, Marina Committee Chair by calling 303-710-2757.

Beach area kayaks and paddle boards

All guest must sign a waiver prior to utilizing the kayaks and paddle boards.  Unit owners are responsible for providing waivers and insuring they are signed by their guests.  Owner assumes all responsability in case of an emergecy.

An additional copy can be downloaded by guest and signed via this link Kayak Paddle-Board Waiver.  Please forward signed waiver to your unit owner.
